If we hit unforeseen conditions (buried debris, a hidden utility, rock ledge) we stop and re-quote before continuing — no meter running, no surprises. We'll also handle the Call 811 utility markout process for you as part of any job that requires digging.

Walk the site & mark
On-site walk-through to confirm scope, mark utilities via 811 process, and identify any lawn or landscape features to protect. Firm quote within 24 hours.

Set up & protect
Track mats laid where needed to protect lawn or driveway. Existing landscaping cordoned off. Rubber-track equipment reduces surface damage compared to steel tracks or wheels.
- 03
Dig, grade, or fill
Precise excavation to your marked specs. Depth verified with a laser or grade rod. Excavated soil either stockpiled on site or hauled off in the same visit for combined pricing.
- 04
Backfill, compact, restore
Trenches backfilled and compacted properly (not just kicked back in). Grades verified. Turf areas raked, seed dropped, and site photographed before we leave.
