Concrete removal, priced honestly
Concrete companies love surprise tonnage fees.
The industry standard is to quote a low base price, load the truck, weigh it at the transfer station, and hand you a second invoice a week later for the tonnage. We don't do that. Every concrete removal quote we send is a firm all-in number — we've hauled enough slabs in Central Indiana to know exactly what a 4-inch driveway weighs per square foot.
Our crew breaks concrete with a combination of tools scaled to the job. Small pads and steps come apart with a jackhammer and hand tools. Larger driveways and patios get worked with a mini excavator equipped with a hydraulic breaker attachment. Rebar and wire mesh are cut and separated as we go — you don't get charged extra for reinforcement.
Every truckload leaves Central Indiana headed for a concrete recycling facility, not a landfill. That's good for your property and it's genuinely how the industry should work — crushed concrete becomes road base for the next Hamilton County subdivision.
The process
How your concrete removal job actually goes.
- 01
Measure & mark
We confirm the exact square footage and average thickness. Any utility markouts (Call 811 was already handled if needed) get double-checked before breaking starts.
- 02
Break & separate
Jackhammer for small pads, mini excavator with hydraulic breaker for driveways and patios. Rebar and wire mesh get cut and separated for scrap recycling as we go.
- 03
Load & recycle
Every chunk goes into the trailer and heads to a concrete recycling facility. Nothing gets landfilled. Loads that exceed our trailer capacity get shuttled — no extra charge, it's built into the flat quote.
- 04
Regrade & photograph
The exposed base gets raked level and we can leave dirt or #57 gravel base for your next project. Final site photos are texted before we leave.

Recent job · Noblesville
A cracked driveway that no concrete company would price honestly.
A Noblesville homeowner near Morse Reservoir had already gotten three quotes for driveway demo — each one had a suspiciously low base number and a note at the bottom about "tonnage billed at the transfer station." She'd been burned once on a patio job the previous summer, so this time she called us.
We measured the driveway at 720 square feet of 4-inch concrete with standard rebar. Firm quote: $2,485 all-in, including recycling, rebar separation, and a #57 gravel base drop for the new concrete crew arriving the next week. She approved it Wednesday, we broke and hauled it Friday, and the pour happened the following Tuesday.
No follow-up invoice. No surprise tonnage. She left us a Google review the same afternoon that specifically called out the pricing being honest.
