We show up with a truck, a trailer, and every tool needed to disassemble your shed cleanly — reciprocating saws, sledges, pry bars, and if the roof is caved in, a mini excavator to work it apart from a safe distance. The frame comes down in sections, the roofing gets separated for recycling where possible, and the wood, metal, or resin components load straight into our trailer.
When we roll out, your yard looks like the shed was never there. No nails in the grass, no shingle scraps in the flower beds, no last two pieces of trim you're expected to deal with. If you want the concrete pad or gravel base gone too, we quote that as a straightforward add-on and knock it out the same day.

Empty & assess
You clear out anything you're keeping — we'll haul the rest. On arrival we walk the shed with you, confirm the price, and flag any surprises like buried utilities or a pad we can't see yet.

Disconnect & disassemble
Power runs, water lines, and any attached fencing come off first. Then the roof, sheathing, and siding come off in sections — hand tools for tight yards, mini excavator for larger structures.
- 03
Load & recycle
Wood goes to a licensed transfer station. Metal roofing and siding get separated for scrap. Asphalt shingles are bagged and disposed of properly. Nothing sits in your driveway waiting for another truck.
- 04
Sweep & photograph
The pad or footprint is raked and swept clean. We walk the perimeter with a magnetic sweeper to catch loose nails and screws. Final photos go to you before we leave the site.

A collapsed shed the neighbors had been eyeing for years.
A homeowner in the Sand Creek area of Fishers called us about a 10×12 shed that lost its roof in a March storm. The frame was still standing but leaning about 15 degrees, half the sheathing was on the ground, and the HOA had left two friendly-but-firm letters. Kids in the yard, obviously not safe to leave.
We got there at 8am with the mini excavator on the trailer. Because the frame was compromised, we didn't want anyone inside the footprint pulling boards down — the excavator worked it apart from the corners while the crew loaded from a safe distance. Roofing got separated for shingle disposal, framing lumber went into the trailer, and the pressure-treated skids got broken down and stacked. By noon the yard was raked, the magnetic sweep was done, and the homeowner got before/during/after photos texted for her HOA response.
Total cost: $685, exactly what we quoted. Total on-site time: just under four hours. She emailed us a Google review the same afternoon.
